Making A Purchase

Contract

Any order placed through this web site is an offer to purchase. Acceptance of any offer to purchase is only fulfilled when The Greenstock Lamp Company Ltd provides a VAT invoice by email or post to the offeror. Any email sent to a customer acknowledging receipt of order or payment is for customer courtesy only.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will advise you promptly and issue a prompt refund.

Prices and Product Availability

These are subject to change without notice. The Price of the Goods shall be that stipulated on the Web site, and
Prices displayed are exclusive of VAT. The total purchase price, including VAT and delivery charges will be displayed in the Buyer's shopping cart prior to confirming the order.

In the case of consumer sales, payment of the Price plus VAT and delivery charges must be made in full before dispatch of the Goods.

In the case of other sales, payment of the Price plus VAT and delivery charges shall be due within 30 days of the date of receipt of the invoice supplied.

All orders are subject to stock availability.
Shipping And Handling

Our Standard shipping and handling charge is £2.70 + VAT on orders below £100. Free delivery on orders over £100.
Delivery Schedule

Please Note: Currently we only despatch orders to UK addresses.

All orders (subject to stock availability) are normally despatched within 48 hours (2 working day's). Orders received before 3.00 pm are normally dispatched the same day. Orders received on Bank Holidays, or weekends will be dispatched on the next business day.
Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. However we will email you with the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait.

Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact Customer Services on +44 (0) 845 25 70 444 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm GMT Monday to Friday or by email at info@greenstock.co.uk who will arrange a full refund of your purchase price, within a maximum of 30 days, subject to the following:-

a You must notify us of your wish to cancel within 7 days of receipt of delivery of the goods purchased.
b You must return the goods unused and in good condition in their original packaging.
c You are responsible for the return carriage costs.
